For the first year of their high school experience the students will go through "exploratory class", of which there are four. The students of exploratory classes are given the chance to participate in every shop class at least once, in order to better understand their potential shop choices. The building is huge, and there is plenty of space available. Most classes are relatively small, holding on average about twelve students to a single teacher and aid.
