School Reviews
5 3/24/2021
I can't say enough good things about the staff at AAHS. My son started 9th grade this year during the pandemic, and his teachers have gone above and beyond to make him feel cared about, to inspire him to learn and do his best despite working at home alone on most days, and to keep him excited about being in high school. Communication from the school to parents is sometimes lacking and that can be frustrating, but I'm happy to extend a lot of grace as we're all just doing the best we can in a very difficult situation this year. Ultimately, my son feeling like he belongs and is valued at his high school despite a remote/virtual start to the year is far more important than regularly scheduled emails coming to my inbox.
