Going to be a sophomore in September. The school during freshman year was a split 5/10. Some of the teachers such as Mr. Agosto (Freshmen World History) and Mr. Marciano (Earth Science) Are really great teachers who will teach you what you need to know. Other teachers don't engage and sometimes anger the students. The teacher will act like a gender studies professor or loses everything plus doesn't teach essentials needed like one specific Design Foundation teacher. The one class we need to impress the Majors Teachers. You need to matte 9-10 pieces of work in your portfolio which is only told to you near the end of the year. If you come from a low income family, save around 10-12 dollars through the year to ensure you can have enough cash to get the matte boards and get a good grade. The higher ups don't seem to care for the students and are HORRIBLE at engaging with us. You can't hear the 3rd period build and there's no sense of school spirit for our sports teams or dances. They're also bad at handing out assignments since they change everything constantly (in reference to the interdisciplinary project). It's a hit or miss.
