I read about Biuglerville's "Dress Code for grad. ceremony. What is WRONG with ROBES AND CAPS"? rOBES ARE USED FOR GRADUATIONS FROM kinder garden thru lower, middle and HIGH SCHOOL almost country wide. Robes rental is cheap, and LOOKS GREAT.
