School Reviews

3   9/20/2018
Today was open house 8-21-2018. Even though it was a busy day, she should have had a better "customer service". I had a terrible experience with Office staff. She kept interrupting me. Her attitude was poor. I asked for a printed receipt for the fees I've paid and she denied it. I believe all transactions that involves fees should be provided upon if requested. I find that this was poor communication and service. I felt belittled from this staff member. Please work on better people services. Feeling disappointed. Overall, I do think this a good school.
