My grandsons first day at Northwest was very disappointing. The first thing we noticed was how the office lady that signed us in was less than friendly and almost no one that was staff was smiling. When my daughter picked him up he was standing in a very breezy and cold passageway without his jacket on. There were 4 adults standing near him and not one of them asked him about a jacket. His mom asked him where his jacket was and why he didn''t have it on the women just glared at her. He won''t be at this school long if we can help it.
