BEATS PUBLIC SCHOOL BY A MILE!!! We had a horrible experience when my son went to Pilot Elementary for 1st grade. I wanted to get him out of public school, but I couldn't afford private. I was so happy when his name was picked to go to Phoenix. This was like a breath of fresh air. My son is shy, and he was bullied really bad at Pilot. Thankfully, there is no bullying at Phoenix, because they have a no tolerance policy. He is going into 8th grade now. Last year, he had a bad accident and was out of school a lot because of his surgery and many physical therapy appointments. All of his teachers worked together to help him pass. No public school would ever do that. I'm so grateful for this wonderful school. If you are not sure about sending your kids here, you can rest assured that you are making the right decision. Overall, most of the teachers are great. You will find bad seeds in every school, you just can't avoid that. I've been very impressed by this school and I only hope they will start a High School.

We love Phoenix Academy. We switched from the public school near our home and have been extremely happy for two years now. They are very helpful and attentive to any questions or needs. I highly recommend PAHP!

Phoenix Academy has been a great school. My children have had no issues transitioning into this school from public school. The elementary and middle school teachers have been amazing in teaching both of my kids. I have a 5th and a 6th grader and I would highly recommend both elementary and middle schools to any parent considering enrolling their child! Both children are learning things at Phoenix that their friends in regular public school are not learning. MY daughter has thrived in math and reading and has captured a love of History. My son loves Band, Design and art classes and did super well in Spanish and Humanities. I can't wait to see what the rest of middle school brings for my kids and hoping and praying they add high school!

This is a wonderful, full staff that care about the wellbeing of these children. It is a gift to those that drop them off each day, knowing they are well educated with great curriculum and with Good people! That''s what it all boils down to folks. We are most thankful that our son thrives because of the experience he has had here. I would send him through high school if I could. Great School!!!

We joined the school when they started growing and had increased their kindergarten class to nine classes with an average of 16 students. They had growing pains and have overcome them. I get weekly emails from the teachers about what is happening in their classroom and a weekly email from the school on events that week and upcoming weeks. They sponsor a lot of family activities and I feel like my kids are cared for and respected. I am very pleased with the school.

I have had children at Phoenix Academy for 7 years. I currently have a 6th grader and 3rd grader. My kids love their school. They have had wonderful teachers and are challenged academically. My oldest has participated in school athletics and both have participated in clubs. I am pleased with the extracurricular activities provided by the school and am happy to see more growth/choices every year. I am active and involved. I feel parents, as well as staff, have the responsibility of making a school great.

Really love Phoenix Academy. First-year there as my son is just finishing up kindergarten. It has been a great year and he has thrived in this environment. The teachers and other staff have been awesome to work with and I am thankful to be part of the Phoenix family!

I had a very hard time dealing with different issues dealing with my son's academic performance this year. A teacher left at the beginning of the year and students were just put into different classes. The teacher wasn't replaced. We finally were able to get things straightened out I think but it is almost the end of the school year. So far we have had extremely helpful teachers every other year. The helpful teachers do help with the other years which is amazing.

Very pleased with the level of learning and education being provided to my child by this school. I have noticed a huge improvement in attitude, grades, self-esteem and my child's ability to problem-solve for themselves. I only wish that I had enrolled my child sooner. This school has been wonderful and we look forward to the next upcoming school year.

Excellent school where the students come first, individualized instruction is the norm, and teachers are valued and respected. Phoenix provides a safe, fun learning environment where every child can excel. Hands down the best school in the area!

I think Phoenix is a great school. It is like having an extended family. Most teachers love the students. If you have an issue and you bring it to someone's attention, they work hard to fix it.

Great teachers but very poor leadership. Very disorganized communication. Repeated issues with incorrect information that were never addressed.

I have nothing but great things to say about Phoenix. My daughter just finished 9 years in the school and received a wonderful education and has flourished in her high school. My son is currently in elementary and is also doing great. I would recommend Phoenix to anyone who asks.

My little girl has been at Phoenix since Kindergaten. Overall we have been pleased with her progress. The staff are amazing! Every building have the best people who really care about relationships with families and students. Is it perfect? Of course not...nothing is but it my child is happy, loves her teachers, is exceling academically, and feels safe. Phoenix is a choice and for our family it has been the right choice.

Great school, great teacher, great learning environment!

Phoenix Academy has been outstanding at providing a caring and nurturing environment for my child. Members of staff from the front desk on through to the highest level gave us nothing but warm and welcoming feelings and made us feel like we ft in. I was very happy with my daughter's academic progress and the fact that they still have an AIG program is commendable. There is no cafeteria but lunches are available rom local restaurants, and there is a milk program. I love love love school uniform no having to decide what to wear in the morning and the athletic program is growing all the time. I have been super happy at this school.

This school was crappy and the teachers were awful.
1 2/25/2017
This school over promises, and NEVER delivers. They have the dumbest rules ex. 9th graders can wear P.E. uniforms, no one else can, only 9th graders can wear jackets if they are cold. They don't have a cafeteria, they don't have books, they expect kids to do homework online but don't allow the kids to bring home laptops. Absolutely ridiculous and they just decided to "postpone" high school literally last minute before deadlines to enroll children in other charter schools. They do not care about the well being of the children, this may be a non profit, but I can assure you, someone is making a profit and it's at the children's expenses.

Who puts a school in a business park? The morning drop off and pick up is horrible!!! There is no playground and there are business's surrounding every side of the school. Move the stupid school!
