Awesome school. Students are challenged to become inquirers and life long learners. TAkS scores are the best in the district and surrounding area. WP has kept it's Exemplary status since the beginning of TAKS and has increased the number of student reaching commended. Enrollment has increased because WP has proven over and over that the staff is dedicated to the children being successful.

Windsor Park and Baker Middle school (both supposedly Gifted and Talented) have both become weak in science and math. Scores have been falling along with the quality of the work. Parents have been leaving because of this.
