This school is truly amazing. Their staff makes sure every student has an amazing day and is on task. The principal is truly the best. He makes sure everybody in the building has a positive mind all throughout the day. Test scores go up every year and get better and better. I am an alumnus for this school and my experience was amazing. I HIGHLY recommend enrolling your child to the school. I promise you won't regret it.

We LOVE Winget Park! The administration is amazing and focused in individual based learning programs for the children. They aren't consumed with test scores and really try to focus on the individual child's education needs and meet each child where they are in their journey. I LOVE the diversity of this school. The STEM program is for the entire school, not just the magnet portion and the magnet program is completely fluid with the home school students. No one is treated differently or separated in their learning program here. The STEM program is a PBL (Project Based Learning) program, and it's amazing. It focuses on teaching the child's problem solving and real life skills while teaching the children about local and global current events. The music program is award winning and the B3 (traditionally library and computer classes) are focused on a well-rounded experience that focus on many facets of learning. The principal is hands on and truly loves our community and student body. The teachers are happy and not walking around angry and miserable looking like at my stepson's school. It doesn't get better than the student/teacher ratio at our school. I seriously can't say enough good things about WPES!
